摘  要:以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)为主剂,酚醛类物质为高温交联剂,制备了适用于高温油藏的弱凝胶调驱体系,确定其最佳配方为:HPAM浓度1 800 mg/L、酚醛类高温交联剂加量1.0%。实验结果表明,该弱凝胶体系具有较强的热稳定性,在110℃条件下放置30 d后,其粘度保持率在80%以上。该弱凝胶体系成本较低,制备步骤简单,可推广应用到不同高温油藏的调驱工艺措施中。A weak gel profile control system for high temperature reservoir was prepared with partially hydrolyzed polyaerylamide (HPAM) as main agent, a phenolic aldehyde material as high temperature crosslinking agent. The optimum formulation of the system was determined as follows: HPAM was 1800 mg/L and phenolic aldehyde high temperature erosslinking agent was 1.0%. The experimental results showed that the weak gel system had strong thermal stability, its viscosity kept more than 80% after 30 days under 110 ℃. Cost of the weak gel system was low and preparation process was simple. So it could be deployed to different profile control processes for high temperature reservoirs.
