改革高职高专教育教学 培养高素质技能型人才

摘　　要：高职高专院校培养目标是培养高素质技能型人才。本文试图通过改革人才培养方案,改革课程体系和教学内容,采用现代化的教学手段,建设高素质的双师型师资队伍,营造贴近实际生产的"一线"环境等方法,对高职高专教育和教学进行改革,努力提高技能型人才的培养质量。The goal of higher vocational education is training the applied talents with higher quality and technical ability.Based on the reform of teaching scheme,teaching contents and curricular system,adopting modern teaching methods,constructing a team of teaching and skilled qualified teachers,creating front-line environment close to practical production,try to find a new way to improve the teaching quality of applied talents.
