摘　　要：以变频器网络化控制为背景,设计了PowerFlex 40变频器在工业三层网络中的组态结构。基于PowerFlex40变频器的网络通讯功能以及以太网与工业网络结合的优越性,实现了数据的远程监控及参数在线优化功能,并结合实际工程应用开发了PowerFlex40变频器控制电机变频调速的综合实验。In the background of Network Monitoring for AC Drive,the configuration structure of PowerFlex40 in three-tier network is designed.Based on the network features of PowerFlex40,as well as the combination of industrial network and Ethernet network,this paper achieves the function of remote monitoring data and on-line optimization of the parameters.Combining with the practical application,the integrated motoring control experiment using PowerFlex40 AC driver is developed.
