摘　　要：工程施工与应用及制冷热力计算经常会碰到椭圆周长的计算问题。由于椭圆的周长属于椭圆积分,积不出精确值,因此迄今为止还没有具体而准确的椭圆周长计算公式。笔者通过椭圆面积公式推导出可用于工程领域的椭圆周长计算公式,经实际应用验证和理论证明,该公式使用误差不超过3%。Calculating the ellipse perimeter often occurs in engineering construction and thermo-calculation.As calculating ellipse perimeter belongs to ellipse integral,without accurate result,there is no idiographic and exact formula heretofore.One formula calculating the ellipse perimeter applied to engineering area was educed in this paper by means of the ellipse area calculating.It had been testified by practice and theory that the tolerance of the formula is less than 3%.
