摘　　要：企业资源计划是运用计算机技术实现企业信息化的主要途径之一.采用软件工程的方法,设计了有线电视设备制造企业的ERP系统,给出了系统总体业务流程图,对ERP系统的各管理系统的功能进行了分析.该系统将ERP系统的企业管理思想和信息化优势应用于CATV有线电视光纤-同轴混合网(Hybrid of Fiber and Coax,HFC)传输设备生产开发行业,符合行业的特点,能满足企业实际需要。Enterprise Resource Planning is one of the major ways that using computer technology to achieve enterprise information. The ERP system of CATV equipment production enterprise was analyzed,and the operational flowchart Of the system and functions of each subsystem were introduced. The system, in which managerial ideas and information advantages of the ERP system were applied in CATV Hybrid of Fiber and Coax （HFC） equipment production and development industry, meets the characteristics and actual needs of enterprises.
