摘 要:分别以甲醇与二氯甲烷作溶剂,超声波萃取大气悬浮颗粒物中硝基多环芳烃(Nitro-PAHs).采用反相C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水体系为流动相,采用HPLC分析大气颗粒物中的Nitro-PAHs.结果表明,大气样品中含有多种硝基多环芳烃,如:2-硝基芴、9-硝基蒽、3-硝基萤蒽、1-硝基芘、6-硝基苯并芘等,其含量在0.2~25μg/mL之间。The HPLC-MS method for the determination of Nitro-Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (Nitro- PAHs) in Total Suspended Particle (TSP) of urban atmosphere, using Methanol and Dichloro Methane as solvent for the ultrasonic extraction of particle sample, has been established. The HPLC condition is shown as follows: reversed-phase C18 column, methanol: water as mobile phase, flow velocity of 0.6 mL/min, UV wavelength for detection: 254 nm. Results of this work showed that there are selever Nitro-PAHs was found in air particulate : 2-nitrofluorene, 9-nitroanthracene, 3-nitroperylene, 7-nitrobenz[a]anthracene, contents of Nitro-PAHs were in ranges of 0.2-25 μg/mL.
