摘　　要：以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体从社会主义本质论、社会主义发展目标和"三个有利于"的判断标准等方面对发展本质问题做出了马克思主义的回答。文章深入分析了邓小平关于发展本质问题上的理论成就以及实践过程中存在的认识上的偏差,深刻揭示了这些理论成就对于今天贯彻落实科学发展观的重要启示。The second - generation leader group with Deng Xiaoping at the core has answered the question on the nature of development from the aspects of the nature of socialism, the goal of socialist development, and criteria of ＂the three advantages＂. This paper gives a thorough analysis on Deng Xiaoping＇ s theoretical achievements concerning the nature of development and deviation on cognition in practice, and thus revealed profoundly the important enlightenment of these theories on how to carry out the view scientific development.
