摘  要:我国2009年6月1日实施的《食品安全法》对食品安全监管体制进行了创新和重建,实行统一的多部门分工负责与综合协调的全程监管体制,但仍然存在一些缺陷和不足。为进一步完善食品安全监管体制,需要加快与《食品安全法》相关配套的法规体系的立法,合理配置食品安全监管权,引入和培育社会监管机制,构建科学完善的食品安全监管体制。Food Security Law of China implemented on June 1 of 2009 has innovated and rebuilt the regulatory system of the food security, with many departments synthesizing and coordinating in unity. But there are some defects and deficiencies. In order to further improve the regulatory system of the food security, it is necessary to accelerate the legislation of relevant regulation systems, dispose the supervision right of the food security rationally, introduce and foster the social supervision mechanism, construct the food security regulatory system seientificly and completely.
