穿山甲与紫河车及其混淆品的鉴别和质量研究

摘　　要：对穿山甲、紫河车等８种中药样品进行了凝胶电泳分析、薄层色谱分析和氨基酸含量分析。结果表明：８种样品的电泳鉴别图谱差异显著。In this paper,the contents of amino acids of 8 samples have been analyzed and 8 samples were also studied by thin layer chromatoyraphy,polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis techinque.The results hare shown that 8 samples are similar in thin layer chromatograms and sorts of amino acids,the protein electrophorogram of 8 samples were quite different.
