小半夏加茯苓汤对小鼠实验性肝损伤保护作用

摘　　要：小半夏加茯苓汤出自张仲景所著《金匮要略》，称“卒呕吐，心下痞，膈间有水，眩晕者，小半夏加茯苓汤主之”。临床用此方治疗各种原因包括肝脏疾病引起的呕吐，具有良好止吐效果。本文报告该汤剂对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。１动物昆明种小白鼠，雌雄各半，体重２５．...To investigate the protective effects of pinellia and powria Decoction (PPD)on experimental hepatic injury in mice and compare it with in the dose response relationships.Biochemical indexes and histopathological examination of hepatic injury in mice by toxicant chemicals and CCL 4 were determinded.PPD obviously inhibited the rising of serum (ALT),(AST)caused byCCL 4 and dramatically decreased liver (MDA)in a dose dependent manner.Histopathological examination showed that PPD can evidently alleviate the condition of the degeneration of hepatic cells and their mecrosis. The protective effects of PPD on experimental liver injury in mice.
