摘 要:通过重氮化、偶合将对氨基苯甲酸和苯酚合成为4-(4′-羟基苯基偶氮)苯甲酸(OBA);再通过酰氯酯化法将其与十一烯酸反应获得一种新的小分子液晶4-(4′-十一烯酰氧基苯基偶氮)苯甲酸(UOBA)。用Fourier变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和脉冲Fourier变换核磁共振波谱仪(PET-NMR)对所合成的化合物OBA和UOBA进行结构表征;用热台偏光显微镜(POM)对UOBA进行液晶性表征,证明其具有液晶性且液晶相范围较宽(大于152.0℃)。According to acyl chloride esterifying reaction, low molecular liquid crystalline 4- (4'-undecylenylaeyl oxyphenylazo)benzoic acid (UOBA) was synthesized with undecylenic acid and 4- (4'-hydroxyphenylazo)benzoic acid (OBA) which was obtained through diazotizeation and coupling reaction with 4-aminobenzoic acid and phenol. The structures of OBA and UOBA were characterized with FTIR and 1H NMR. The liquid crystalline property characterization of the terminal product was detected with the polarized optical microscope (POM). The results showed that the terminal product had liquid crystalline state and wide liquid crystalline range (〉152.0℃).
