摘　　要：目前我国竞技体育在"举国体制"下,只有国家队具有良好的心理服务体系,许多基层训练队的心理服务体系并没有真正建立,这极大地制约了基层运动员运动水平的提高,在对阳泉体校的心理服务的调查和分析中,发现一些问题,可对这些问题采取相应对策,为今后基层运动队心理服务体系的建立提供参考。China＇s competitive sports are in the ＂whole nation system＂, only the national team have a good psychological service system, and many grass-roots training teams of psychological services system have not really established, which greatly restricted the level of grass-roots movement to improve athlete＇s level. During Yangquan Sports School of the Psychological Ser- vices survey and analysis, We found that there are ,some problems, taking appropriate countermeasures to these problems we can provide reference for grass-roots sports teams for the future establishment of the psychological service system.
