过敏性紫癜皮肤损伤程度相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨引起过敏性紫癜皮肤损伤的相关因素。方法过敏性紫癜患者248例检测临床指标,进行统计学分析,以皮肤损害面积和皮肤损伤程度为应变量,以有显著性差异的临床指标为自变量,进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果患者发病年龄、皮疹持续时间、补体C3、抗链"O"、上呼吸道感染、性别、类风湿因子、发热、关节痛与患者紫癜强度相关。患者上感持续时间、补体C3、上呼吸道感染、性别、类风湿因子、关节痛与患者紫癜面积相关。结论患者性别、补体C3、关节痛、上呼吸道感染、类风湿因子与过敏性紫癜皮肤损伤程度存在某种相关性。Objective To study the clinical correlated factors of skin damage in Henoch-Schonlein purpura（HSP）.Methods Two hundred and forty-eight cases with HSP were studied.Statistical analyses were per-formed using t test or multivariate analysis（logistic regression）to evaluate the potential factors of skin involve-ment.Results The skin lesion area of cases with HSP were effected by age,erythra duration,antistreptolysin O,upper respiratory infection,gender,complement C3,rheumatoid factor,fever and arthralgia.The skin lesion level of cases with HSP was effected by onset duration of upper respiratory infection,gender,rheumatoid factor,complement C3,upper respiratory infection and arthralgia.Conclusion The skin damage level may be affected by gender,complement C3,arthralgia,upper respiratory infection and rheumatoid factor.
