摘  要:目的观察瓜蒌通脉丸对高脂血症大鼠血脂、血管一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismu-tase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)水平的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养,建立大鼠高脂血症模型,同时用瓜蒌通脉丸水溶液2 g.kg-1.d-1、4 g.kg-1.d-1、辛伐他汀水溶液2 mg.kg-1.d-1干预。8周末腹主动脉取血测血脂,同时取胸腹主动脉血管测定NO、MDA水平及SOD活力。结果用药8周后,瓜蒌通脉丸组血液总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)水平明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血管NO含量及SOD活力明显高于高脂血症组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而MDA水平明显低于高脂血症组(P<0.01)。结论瓜蒌通脉丸能调节血脂,增强血管抗氧化能力,改善血管内皮功能,发挥抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Gua-lou-tong-mai-wan on blood lipids,vascular nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)levels of hyperlipidemic in rats.Methods The hyperlipidemia animal model was duplicated by high-fat forage.At the same time,the animal were interfered with Gua-lou-tong-mai-wan aqueous 2g.kg-1.d-1,4g.kg-1.d-1 and simvastatin aqueous solution 2mg.kg-1.d-1.After 8 weeks,blood was obtained from abdominal aorta and detected blood lipids,blood vessels was obtained from thorcic aorta and abdominal aorta detected NO,MDA levels and SOD activity.Results After 8 weeks medication,the content of blood total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)of Gua-lou-tong-mai-wan group were markedly decreased(P0.05 or P0.01);the content of vascular NO and the activity of SOD were significantly increased than model group(P0.05 or P0.01);while the level of MDA were significantly decreased than model group(P0.01).Conclusion Gua-lou-tong-mai-wan play an anti-atherosclerosis(AS)role by regulating blood lipids,increasing antioxidant capacity of blood vessels and im-proving endothelial function.
