摘　　要：利用雷达视频信号特点,对游程编码算法进行了分析和改进,提出一种实现相对简单、压缩效果显著的雷达视频信号压缩算法,给出了该算法的VC++实现要点。试验证明该方法能满足雷达视频准实时远程传送系统的回放要求。Based on the characteristics of radar video signals,the analysis and improvement of the run length encoding（RLE） algorithm are made,and then a relatively simple compression algorithm with remarkable effect for radar video signals is presented.Besides,the VC＋＋ implementation points are given.The test results show that the method can meet the requirements of radar video replay of the quasi-real-time long-range transmission system.
