摘　　要：本文从黄南州草地畜牧业畜草平衡现状入手,分析了造成畜草矛盾的主要原因,提出了持之以恒地防治草地鼠虫害,以草定畜,减轻草场压力,缓解畜草矛盾,加强人工草地建设,提高第一性生产力,加快牲畜周转,提高草地产出能力的对策。This article from elaborated Huang Nazhou the lawn animal husbandry development and livestock grass balanced present situation obtaining cause, pointed proposed persevered, exti , analyzed has made the mature livestock grass contradictory primary nguishes governs the prairie moose insect pest; Decides the livestock by the grass, reduces the pasture pressure, the alleviation livestock grass is contradictory; Strengthens the artificial lawn construction, enhances the first productive forces; Speeds up the domestic animal turnover, enhances the lawn to deliver ability 4 countermeasures.
