摘　　要：文章通过回顾党的民族政策的产生、发展和以及新中国成立以来的具体落实,论证了党的民族语文政策的延续性;并通过回顾党对西藏的民族语文政策和这些政策在西藏的具体实施,论证了西藏和平解放以来藏语文工作所取得的成就。This essay is completed in two sections： the first section demonstrates the continuity of the ethnic linguistic policies of the Chinese Communist Party by recalling the origin, development and actual implementation after the new China was established. The second section demonstrates the achievement gained in the Tibetan language work since the Peaceful Liberation via examining the linguistic policies and their actual practice in Tibet Autonomous Region.
