摘 要:对四孢蘑菇(Agaricus campestris L.:Fr.)形成的蘑菇圈形态和子实体发生进行了调查,并对蘑菇圈上的四孢蘑菇个体间遗传差异进行了ISSR分析,建立遗传关系聚类图。结果表明,在生长于四川西部平坦高原草地上,四孢蘑菇形成的蘑菇圈为圆环状,蘑菇圈上生长的植物明显较蘑菇圈内、外生长的植物茂盛,同一蘑菇圈上生长的子实体生长期不完全一致;同一蘑菇圈上的四孢蘑菇个体之间相似系数为0.473~0.755,不同蘑菇圈上的个体遗传相似系数为0.333~0.604;在相似系数0.524水平上,不同蘑菇圈上的四孢蘑菇个体分别聚为不同类群。The geometrical configurations of annular fairy rings formed by the growth of Agaricus campestris fruit bodies were investigated,and the genetic relationships between nine fruit bodies from within a single ring and one fruit body from each of other three rings were analyzed using ISSR markers.Grass growing at the ring circumference was more abundant compared with that growing within and outside the circumference,while fruit bodies at different stages of development were observed in the same fairy ring.Genetic similarities based on ISSR markers revealed similarity coefficients ranging between 0. 473~0. 755 and 0. 333~0. 604 for fruit bodies from the same fairy ring and from different fairy rings, respectively. A dendrogram constructed using the ISSR amplification data separated mycelia isolated from 12 fruit bodies growing in four different fairy rings into four groups at a similarity coefficient of 0. 524.
