主动脉瓣关闭不全患者桡动脉血流参数变化趋势

摘　　要：应用二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对４６例主动脉瓣关闭不全患者的桡动脉血流参数进行了系统测量，并设６６例条件匹配的正常受检者为对照组。结果显示：主动脉瓣关闭不全时，桡动脉内径，排血延迟时间，收缩期血流持续时间均正常，收缩期第一峰，第二峰血流速度明显加快（Ｐ＜０．０１），第三峰血流速度无变化，提示舒张早期就有血液返流抵消了部分正向频谱，舒张末期血流速度明显减慢（Ｐ＜０．００１）。We measured successfully the flow parameters of radial artery in 46 patients with aortic regurgitation and 66 normal subjects by two-dimension ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging.The result revealed that with aortic regurgitation the diameter,jection delayed time and systolic flow lasting time of radial artery were normal;but the first,second peak velocities of systolic period speeded obviously(P<0.001);the third peak velocity was steady which indicated that the regurgitative blood in early diatolic periold had reduced in part front spectrum;the velocity of end diatolic period had reduced in part front spectrum;the velocity of end diatolic period slowed remarkably(P<0.001)which showed that the regurgitaive blood of aortic regurgitation involved in all diatolic period of radial artery.
