摘　　要：2009年4月江苏省射阳县黄沙港镇幼儿园发生一起手足口病暴发,共发生手足口病25例,罹患率为6.28%。从发病幼儿的咽拭子中分离出柯萨奇病毒A16(CoxA16)和肠道病毒(EV)。结合流行病学调查,病例临床表现和实验室检测结果,可确定该园此起暴发疫情是由CoxA16和EV引起的。Objective To determine the epidemiologic characteristics and influential factors of the outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease in Huangsha＇gang kindergarten in Sheyang county, Jiangsu province. Methods A prevalence survey was performed in conjunction with individual study based on the complete collection of onset cases. Serological and etiological tests were made in accordance with the guide for prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease （2008） published by the Ministry of Health in China. Results A total of 25 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease occurred in Huangshagang with the attack rate of 6.28%. Coxsackievirus A16 （CoxA16） and enterovirus were isolated from the throat swabs of affected children. Conclusion According to the results of epidemiological investigation, thc clinical manifestations and laboratory test, coxsackievirus A16 （CoxA16） and enterovirus were the cause of this epidemic outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease.
