摘　　要：2008年6月,浙江省台州市黄岩区发生一起食醉蟹引起的肺吸虫病群体性暴发事件,本次事件中共18人食用过醉蟹,16人在食用醉蟹后几个小时到1周的不同时间出现腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、发热和周身不适等临床症状明显。采集15人血清(1人因转入外地医院而未能采集),用ELISA法进行肺吸虫抗体检测,结果为1例强阳性,2例阳性,2例弱阳性。16名发病者经病史、临床症状及实验室检测结果综合考虑,确定为肺吸虫病群体性事件。The study was conducted to analyze an epidemic outbreak of group paragonimiasis. Epidemiologic investigation and laboratory testing were performed for sixteen patients and related people. A total of eighteen subjects had eaten wine preserved crabs, sixteen manifesting abdominal distention, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever and general discomfort in a period of time, from a few hours to one week. Sera samples were collected from fifteen victims （ one whose serum could not be collected due to transfer to other hospital ）, paragonimiasis antibody test performed using ELISA. The result suggested one case of strongly positive, two medical history, clinical symptoms and laboratory test results, victims was confirmed. of positive and two weakly positive.
