锁相环在糖液浓度传感器中的应用

摘　　要：根据射频法测量糖液浓度的原理,设计了糖液浓度测量电路,并利用锁相环原理对糖液浓度传感器信号进行调制与解调.实验表明,应用锁相环对传感器输出信号进行处理,测试效果较好,具有使用外围元器件少、性能稳定、功能强大等特点.Based on the principle of radio frequency for measuring syrup concentration, the syrup concentration measuring circuit was designed, and the phase-locked loop principle was applied to the syrup concentration sensor system for signal modulation and demodulation. The experiment results show that the application of the phase-locked loop in sensor signal processing has the advantages of better test results, less external components, stable performance, powerful function and so on.
