摘　　要：随着氟喹诺酮类抗菌药品种的增多,其临床应用也越来越广泛,已占使用抗生素的15.2％,因此它的临床疗效、不良反应引起我们的关注。本文对氟喹诺酮类抗生素的使用,尤其是在我院的临床应用进行了调查与评价,分析、归纳了该类药物的特性和不良反应,指出了一些应引起足够重视的严重不良反应,希望能对临床用药的进一步合理化提供参考作用。With the continuing increase in their vari-eties, clinical application of fluoroquinolones becomes moreand more extensive. Their total use is 15. 2% of all antibi-otics been used. So their clinical effects, adverse drug re-actions (ADRs) are worthy of more concern. In this article,clinical usage of fluoroquinolone, especially in our hospital,has been investigated and evaluated, their characteristicsare analyzed and their ADRs are classified. Some of thesevere ADRs need to be paid enough attention, in order torationalize their clinical usage.
