摘　　要：通过对新农村村庄建设中诸多问题的揭示,分析其原因,提出相应规划整治原则:服务农民、充分调研、因地制宜、公众参与等等。A number of issues are revealed through the construction of new rural villages.Some corresponding planning and improvement principles are proposed in this paper： Serve farmers,full investigation and study,act as circumstances permit,public participation etc.
