摘　　要：文章通过调查问卷的方法,对当代大学生的人际关系、家庭教育等方面存在的心理困惑进行调查分析,找到了大学生心理困惑的症结,探索了一条大学生心理困惑的调适途径。This article,by the questionnaire method,carried out investigation and analysis of interpersonal relationships,family education,mental confusion and other aspects of the contemporary college students.We found the crux of their mental confusion and explored means to the psychological adjustment for college students.
