摘　　要：土地利用规划管理系统是"数字国土"工程之一,其中省级规划管理系统是一个上连国土资源部,下达各市、县的全省土地利用管理集成化分布式信息系统。结合生产实际,以湖北省省级规划数据库建设为例,简要介绍和总结了项目的具体实施及技术路线情况。Land-use planning management system is one engineering of ＂numerical territory＂.Among this system,the provincial planning management system is the whole province land-use management integration and distributed information system which communicates up with Ministry of Land and Resources and down with each cities and countries.This paper with practice,taking Hubei planning data base for example,gives brief introduction to concrete practice and technical line of this project.
