摘 要:黄姜加工产生的大量高浓度有机废水间接排入丹江口水库,严重威胁了南水北调中线水源区的水质安全。分析了黄姜加工废水的水质特点,概述了近年来黄姜加工废水的各种处理技术研究进展和优缺点,提出在保证有机物去除的情况下完成高效脱氮是成功处理黄姜加工废水的关键,认为以"兼有脱硫功能的两相厌氧-固定化微生物曝气生物滤池"为主的集成工艺可有效处理黄姜加工废水。Tremendous amount of high-concentrated organic wastewater from Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright(DZW)-processing industry is drained into Danjiangkou Reservoir,which has severely threatened the water safety of the source of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.The characteristics of the quality of the wastewater from DZW-processing industry are analyzed.Research development on treatment of this kind of wastewater is summarized,as well as their strengths and weaknesses.The treatment technology of the wastewater from DZW-processing industry in the future should be focused on how to realize efficient removal of nitrogen as well as organic pollutants.A hybrid biological process mainly consisting of Modified Two-Phase Anaerobic Digestion and BAF is recommended to treat the wastewater from DZW-processing industry.
