南水北调隧洞衬砌采用PCCP管做模板的施工技术

摘　　要：南水北调中线工程北京惠南庄-大宁段两座隧洞施工中采用PCCP做模板,PCCP管安装与衬砌混凝土相结合,使得对专用驮管车要求更高、施工难度增加,并带来一系列技术难点。通过对施工中的技术难点进行分析,采用专用驮管车完成PCCP管外挂钢筋网的运输方法,以及研究应用自密实混凝土、埋设水平灌浆管进行顶拱回填灌浆等技术措施,解决了施工中的难题,总结了施中应注意的问题。Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe（PCCP） fixed in the tunnel have been used in Shanxi Yellow River Diversion project.In this project,the diameter and the weight of PCCP increased Construction deadline has to be advanced.PCCP has to be used as the mold of tunnel lining concrete.PCCP construction has to be combined with lining concrete.These are difficulties for tunnel construction and machine for carrying and fixing PCCP in tunnel.Improved methods such as appropriative machine,PCCP with reinforcing fabric outside,self compacting concrete,horizontal backfill grouting pipe are used to simplify construction process,save time and reach an overall target of the project.
