摘　　要：实践形态的科学社会主义中国化指的就是科学社会主义普遍原理同中国革命、改革及现代化建设实践相结合并不断形成中国特色社会主义革命及建设道路的历史过程;总的来说,伴随着"问题与主义之争"—"新民主主义道路"—"建设有中国特色社会主义道路"—"发展中国特色社会主义道路"的发展,实践形态的科学社会主义中国化逐步实现由奠基阶段—过渡阶段—形成阶段—发展阶段的历史性转变。The practical forms of Scientific Socialism in China is the historical process, which combines the widespread principles of scientific socialism with the socialist revolution, reform, modernization, and construction with Chinese characteristics. On the whole, with the development from ＂Issues Vs. Doctrines＂ to ＂New Democratism＂ and from ＂constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics ＂ to ＂developing Chinese characteristic socialism＂, the practical forms of Scientific Socialism in China witness the historical change from the foundation stage, via transition stage and formation stage to developing stage.
