摘 要:在煤矿安全生产领域中,关于井下应力测量及数据采集分析系统的研究,是一个新的课题,其内容涵盖了应力数据采集和金属疲劳分析等.根据电磁测量原理和井下实际使用情况,对井下支护设备的应力测量与健康监控进行了研究,主要设计开发了一种满足本安标准要求的基于低电压的嵌入式单机版数据采集系统.该系统采用液晶屏显示、触摸屏输入、U盘存储,使人机交互更为简单,极大地方便了用户.Downhole stress observation and the data acquisition and analysis system is quite a new research direction in a realm of coal mine safety and production, and the content of it covers stress data acquisition and metal fatigue analysis and so on. On the basis of electromagnetic survey principle and downhole practical application, this paper makes a relatively thorough study over the stress measurement of downhole supporting equipment and health monitoring. A low-voltage embedded single plane data acquisition system is also designed and developed in this paper. This system uses LCD for display, touchscreen for input, and U disk for storage to make human-machine communication more immediate and convenient.
