摘  要:利用Li-6400光合仪对山西晋中引种的9个大果沙棘品种光合生理特性进行了测定。结果表明:辽阜的光饱和点与光补偿点均较低,对弱光的利用能力强,耐阴性良好;绿洲、浑金、壮圆黄的光补偿点与光饱和点均较高,光合潜力大,适合生长于阳光充足的环境;深秋红的光补偿点较低,光饱和点较高,具有很强的光适应性。浑金、绿洲、辽阜的净光合速率的降低主要受强光下光抑制的加强等非气孔限制因素影响;气孔的关闭导致胞间CO2浓度的降低是导致无刺丰、向阳、壮圆黄、阿列伊净光合速率的降低主要因素;优胜、深秋红的净光合速率受光照强度和气孔的开合状态的影响不明显,具有很强的光适应能力。深秋红表现出较强光适应能力和较高水分利用效率,壮圆黄对光的利用能力虽强,水分的利用效率却较低。Photoresponse of 9 large-berry seabuckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)cultivars which were introduced in Shanxi province was determined by Li-6400 Photosynthetic Measuring System.The results shown that:the light saturation point and light compensation point of Liaofu cultivar was lower than the others,those showed the Liaofu was shade-tolerant cultivar and their leaves could photosynthesize enough at lower light intensive to stay alive.While the higher light saturation points and light compensation points of Luzhou,Hunjin and Zhuangyuanhuang means those cultivars have a great potential photosynthetic and can grow strongly in the sunny environment.Shengqiuhong cultivar performed better light adaptation with a lower light compensation point and a higher light saturation point.The net photosynthetic rates of Hunjin,Luzhou and Liaofu's were decreased by strong light limitation,while decreasing of Wucifeng,Xiangyang,Zhuangyuanhuang and ALieyi's net photosynthetic rates owing to low the intercellular CO2 concentration with the stoma closed.Yousheng,Shengqiuhong's net photosynthetic rates did not have significantly variation with light intensive and stomata factor,means those two cultivars having strongly light adaptation.Shengqiuhong cultivar performed good light adaptation and high water using efficiency at same time.While Zhuangyuanhuang cultivar performed good light using efficiency but low water using efficiency.
