摘  要:信息素质是创新教育的基础,鉴于高校图书馆在大学生信息素质教育中所处的独特地位和优势条件以及大学生信息素质所面临的现状,提出了从宏观角度提升大学生信息素质的具有战略指导意义的五项策略:贯穿"注意力资源"开发策略,贯穿创新意识和创新理念策略,贯穿运用"心理学原理"的策略以及提升馆员业务素质和为信息素质教育而合作的策略,以期在贯穿信息素质教育的措施中强化信息素质教育的改革。Information quality is the basis of innovation education. In view of the unique position and advantages of college libraries in college students' information quality education and the current situation confronted by college students' information quality, five strategies with strategic directive significance to improve college students' information quality are put forward from a macro point of view: penetrating a developing strategy of "attention resources", penetrating the strategy of innovative consciousness and concept, penetrating the strategy of using "psychological theories" and the strategy of enhancing librarians' professional qualification that of the cooperation aiming at information quality education, so as to strengthen the reform of information quality education when penetrating the measures to improve information quality education.
