摘　　要：常州市外贸企业多次遭遇国外知识产权诉讼,在知识产权战略下,常州市外贸企业应加大技术创新。首先介绍各国的知识产权战略,接着分析常州市外贸企业技术创新的难点,并提出了相应的对策。Changzhou foreign trade corporations have been repeatedly accused of intervention of intellectual property rights.Under the strategy of intellectual property,technical innovation should be accelerated.The paper introduces intellectual property stratagem of foreign countries such as US and Japan first,then analyses difficulties in technical innovation of Changzhou foreign trade corporations,and finally submits relevant countermeasures.
