肠瘘病人营养支持治疗

摘　　要：目的总结肠瘘病人肠内外营养支持治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析12例肠瘘患者营养支持的实施方法及实施过程中的注意事项,对本组患者一旦确诊肠瘘既要注意纠正水、电解质与酸碱失衡,又要加强局部引流、应用有效抗生素控制感染,同时实施营养支持治疗。结果12例病人实施营养支持治疗10例病人瘘口自行愈合,1例结肠瘘经营养改善后行确手术治疗痊愈。结论及时有效的营养支持治疗能使大部分肠瘘病人获得自行愈合。Objective To summarize our experience of parenteral nutritional （PN） and enteral nutritional （EN） support in the management of gastrointestinal fistulas. Methods A series of 12 patients with gastrointestinal fistula were presented. We retrospectively analyzed the announcements of nutritional support. When we corrected acid - base imbalance,draining and antibiotics were admoved simultaneously for patients during nutritional support. Results The fistulas healed spontaneously in 10 cases. Operative resection of fistulous segments during the time of nutritional support was successful for one case. Conclusions Available nutritional support was an essential treatment for patients with gastrointestinal fistulas. It encouraged the spontaneous closure of most gastrointestinal fistulas.
