摘 要:骨髓间充质干细胞心脏移植可改善心肌重建和恢复心功能,但恶劣的移植微环境制约了干细胞心脏移植的疗效。微环境的改良成为提高干细胞移植疗效的关键。干细胞的归巢和定向转化都受移植微环境的信号转导和调控得影响,经络气血的实质和功能与干细胞的移植微环境密切相关,在干细胞的归巢和分化中可能起着重要作用。Mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for repair of myocardial necrosis is a safe and effective method for treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy. Mesenchymal stem cell is a kind of ideal stem cell that can repair infracted myocardium and improve heart function in quickly developed cell transplant therapy. Significant advances have been made in many studies on the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into myocardial cells. However, stem cell homing , survival and differentiation still need investigation. The purpose of this article is ,from the point of view in of Chinese medicine, to explore the mechanism of Homing and differentiation of MSCs in niche and the relationship between niche and meridian. Meridian or niche plays a crucial role in the Homing and differentiation of MSCs.
