摘　　要：目的:分析永久起搏器术后常见并发症的发生原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法:回顾分析解放军总医院第一附属医院1992年8月—2007年12月安装永久起搏器352例患者的临床资料和并发症。结果:男性134例,女性118例,单腔起搏器218例,双腔起搏器122例,三腔起搏器2例。术后常见并发症共17例次,其中感染3例,囊袋积血2例,脂肪液化1例,囊袋破溃2例,电极脱位及微脱位5例,术后心律失常1例,三尖瓣穿孔1例,局部肌肉跳动1例,急性期大面积脑梗塞1例。结论:重视术前预防、规范术中操作、加强术后随访,早期发现、积极处理各种并发症,最大的减少并发症的发生。Objective：To analyze the post-implant complications of permanent cardiac pacemakers, and to find causes and to avoid the occurrence of complications. Methods：The clinical data of 352 patients in whom permanent cardiac pacemakers were implanted during the period between August 1992 to February 2007 in the First Hospital Affiliated to the Chinese PLA General Hospital were analyzed. Results：Of 352 patients with implantation of pacemaker, 134 were male, 118 were female, 218 with single chamber pacemaker, 122 with dual chamber pacemakers, and 2 with trichamber pacemakers. There were 17 cases of complications after the permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation, including 3 cases of infection, 2 cases of hematoma formation, 2 cases of pocket breakage, 1 case of fat liquefaction, 5 cases of electrode displacement, 1 case of arrhythmia, 1 case of tricuspid valve perforation and 1 patient died of brain infarction. Conclusion：To emphysize preoperative prevention, standardize operation and follow up, early discovery and treatment of the complications are measures for avoiding complications.
