不落轮镟床对工程车的镟修技术

摘　　要：广州地铁四号线新造车辆段内一辆JY600型重型轨道机车在生产作业中，轮对发生擦伤，需要对其进行镟修。而新造车辆段内的TF2000HD型不落轮镟床是专门用于地铁电客车轮对的镟修，不具备镟修工程车的功能。四号线地铁电客车轮对为A型轮缘踏面，JY600型重型轨道机车轮对为LM型轮缘踏面，因此需要根据不落轮镟床轮对镟修过程，来设计制定适合JY600机车的轮对镟修方案。The flange of a wheelset of a Type JY600 heavy railcar was damaged in Xinzao car depot of Line 4 Gzmtr during work. It need to be repaired by using the TF2000HD underfloor lathe. But the TF2000HD underfloor lathe in Xinzao car depot is used for the wheelset of electric passenger train not for that of engineering railcar, because the wheel tread of the electric passenger train for Line 4 Gzmtr is Type A, however thai of JY600 is Type LM. Then, the turning repair metod for the wheelset of Type JY600 heavy railcar need to be designed according to the turning process of undernoor lathe.
