摘 要:在研究日粮中添加不同剂量的α-半乳糖苷酶,分析其对断奶仔猪生产性能、血液生化指标和营养物质消化率的影响。试验选用90头健康的37日龄(30日龄断奶)大约克纯种断奶仔猪,体重(11.05±1.97)kg。试验猪随机分为5个处理,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为试验组,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100 mL/t1、50 mL/t、200 mL/t2、50 mL/t的α-半乳糖苷酶。结果表明,加酶组平均日增重、平均日采食量、血清总蛋白和IgG呈现上升的趋势(P>0.05);料肉比、腹泻率和尿素氮呈下降的趋势(P>0.05);粗纤维的消化率显著提高(P<0.05),能量消化率Ⅱ组和Ⅴ组消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加α-半乳糖苷酶对断奶仔猪的生产性能和血液生化指标均有一定的改善作用,同时α-半乳糖苷酶能提高蛋白质的利用率,促进抗体合成,提高粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗蛋白和能量的表观消化率,添加剂量为200 mL/t时效果最好。To study the effect of alpha-galactosidase on growth performance, serum biochemistry indi- ces and nutrient digestibility of piglet, different doses of alpha-galactosidase was added to cornsoybean meal diet. Ninety healthy, 37-day-old (30-day-old weaned) piglets with similar body weight (11. 05±1.97)kg were selected. These piglets were randomly divided into five groups( Ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ ). Each group of piglets was assigned to one of 3 separate pens of 6 piglets. Group I was the control group, Ⅱ . Ⅲ .Ⅳ. Ⅴ were the test groups which were fed different levels (100 mL/t, 150 mL/t, 200 mL/t, 250 mL/ t) of alpha-galactosidase to the basic diet. The results suggested that the average daily gain,average daily intake,total protein and IgG showed an upward trend( P 〉 0.05 ),and oppositely the feed/meat, diarrhea rates and the blood urea nitrogen showed a downward trend( P 〉 0.05 ). Alpha-galactosidase can signifi- cantly increase the digestibility of crude fiber ( P 〈 0.05 ). The digestibility of energy was also improved in varying degrees, meanwhile group Ⅱ and group V were significantly greater than group I ( P 〈 0.05 ). These results indicated that the growth performance, serum biochemistry indices were improved when corn- soybean meal diet was supplemented with alpha-galactosidase. In this experiment the effect is the best when the dosage is 200 mL/t. At the same time, alpha-galactosidase can increase the utilization of protein, promote antibody synthesis, improve the digestibility of crude fiber, crude fat, crude protein and energy.
