摘　　要：试验选择19只哈萨克羊羔羊,分为两个试验组和一个对照组。两个试验组分别在40日龄和60日龄断奶,饲喂代乳料,对照组随母羊哺乳。于90日龄采集血清,测定其生化指标。结果表明:试验组血清胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白,极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验组与对照组总蛋白、球蛋白和白蛋白,差异不显著,但高于对照组;试验组血清尿氮素均高于对照组,40日龄组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组血糖均高于对照组,60日龄组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);40日龄组血清钙离子总含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);钾和镁离子,试验组与对照组无差异显著,但60日龄组显著高于40日龄组(P<0.05)。19 lambs of Hazake sheep were selected to regroup into two experimental groups ad one control group. The Iambs in the two experimental groups were weaned at 40 days and 60 days respectively, and fed forage; while the lambs in the control group were milked by mother sheep. Serums of the three groups were collected at 90 days to determine the biochemical indicators. The result shows that the serum cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in the experimental group are significantly lower than that of the control（ P 〈0.01 ） ;there is no significant difference on total protein, globulin and albumin between the experimental group and the control, but that of the experimental group are higher than that of the control; the BUN in the experimental groups is higher than that of the control, with 40d group significantly higher than the control（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the blood sugar in experimental groups is higher than that of the control, with 60d group much higher than the control（ P 〈0.05）;the serum calcium con- tent in 40d group is significantly higher than that of the control; there is no significant difference on potassium ion and magnesium ion between the experiment and the control, but that of the 60d group is much higher than that of the 40d（ P 〈0.05 ）.
