林麝饲用植物食用部分矿物质含量分析

摘　　要：研究对林麝（Moschus berezovskii）喜食的24种野生植物食用部分钙、磷以及铜、锰、铁、锌等4种微量元素含量进行测定，并将结果与泡桐叶、苜蓿进行比较。结果表明，这些样品钙含量介于1．26％～5．54％之间，磷含量介于0．11％～0．31％之间，锌含量介于8．39～37．67mg／kg之间，铁含量介于105．45～488．98mg／kg之间，铜含量介于1．28～25．27mg／kg之间，锰含量介于14．89～199．93mg／kg之间。为林麝的饲养管理及其营养基础研究提供一定的依据。24 species of wild plants leaf samples such as Berchemia sinica Schneid were collected,which are favorite feeds of Forest Musk Deer （ Moschus berezovskii ）. The nutritive ingredients calcium and phosphorus were analyzed according to GB code, and 4 trace elements （copper, iron, zinc, manganese） in leaves were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Speetrophotometry. Comparing with pawlownia and alfalfa＂ contents, the result indicated that the calcium content is between 1.26 %～5.54 %, phosphorus content 0.11 %～0.31%, zinc content 8.39～37.67 mg/kg, iron content 105.45～488.98 mg/kg, copper content 1.28～25.27 mg/kg, manganese content 14.89～199.93 mg/kg. This will provide the basis to the forest musk deer feeding management and its nutrition study.
