摘  要:选取1 584羽50周龄伊莎褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成4组,分别饲喂基础日粮及其基础上添加10 mg/kg铅、3%沸石1、0 mg/kg铅+3%沸石的试验日粮,研究低剂量铅污染及沸石对蛋鸡生产性能及血清指标的影响。结果表明,试验各组间产蛋率、平均蛋重、破蛋率和死淘率均无显著差异(P>0.05),但添加沸石可降低死淘率。与对照组相比,10 mg/kg铅处理组蛋鸡第8周血清ALP显著降低(P<0.05),3%沸石组蛋鸡第2周血清TP、ALB、TC、TRIG都显著降低(P<0.05),其它各阶段铅污染及添加沸石对血清指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。本试验条件下10mg/kg的铅污染对蛋鸡生产性能及血清指标无显著影响,沸石缓解铅对蛋鸡的毒性效果也未体现出来。1584 50-week Isa Brown laying hens were randomly allocated into 4 treatments to examine the effects of low dose lead exposure and zeolite on the performance and serum markers of laying hens. The diets for hens were presented as follows: basal diet (BD), basal diet added 10mg/kg lead, 3G zeolite, 10mg/kg lead plus 30% zeolite. The results showed that there were no significant effects on the laying rate, mean weight of eggs, broken egg ratio and morta[ity rate among groups( P .0.05 ), but the mortality rate was decreased by adding zeolite in feed. Compared with BD treatment, ALP in serum of laying hens of 10mg/kg lead treatment was decreased significantly at trial 8th week ( P , 0.05 ), TP.ALB.TC.TRIG in serum of 3G zeolite treatment were decreased significantly at 2nd trial week( P 〈 0.05 ), other serum indices of laying hens in other stages were not significantly affected among groups. It was coneluded that 10mg/kg lead added in feed in this trial did not meet the poisoning level of laying hens, not affect performance and serum markers of laying hens significantly, however, the effect of zeolite on alleviating toxicity to laying hens during trial lead exposure was not observed.
