摘 要:应用能值分析方法对规模化牛场"肉牛-沼气-牧草"循环农业模式进行能值投入、产出分析,并依据能值投入和产出分析资源利用效率、环境压力和可持续发展指数等。结果表明,与单一的肉牛养殖业相比,"肉牛-沼气-牧草"循环农业自然资源利用从0增加至0.041%,但系统还是以购买能值投入为主;全系统净能值产出率和可持续发展指数分别为2.11和1.03,比单一养殖业提高10.5%和71.05%;环境负载率为1.08,降低了18.18%。表明通过增加产业链农业循环模式有利于降低环境压力,提高系统可持续发展指数。In this paper, input and output of"beef-methane-forage"circular agriculture in scale cattle farm were analyzed on the basis of energy theory, and then resource utilization, resource utilization and sustainable development index also were analyzed by means of input and output energy. The results showed that natural resource utilization rate increased from 0 to 0. 041 percent, but purchased energy were main inputs in cicular agriculture systems. Energy yield ratio and sustainable development index were 2.11 and 1.03, increasing respectively 10.5% and 71.05% compared with subsystem breeding industry, and environmental loading ratio was 1.08, decreasing 18. 18%. The results indicated circular agriculture is beneficial to decrease environmental pressure and increase the index of sustainable development for the sys- tem by means of increasing industry-chain.
