内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗合并有肛裂的重度痔疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗合并有肛裂的重度痔的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2005～2008年对58例合并有肛裂的重度痔患者行内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗的临床资料。结果手术时间平均25 min,术后平均住院时间5 d,术后出血1例;术后肛缘水肿3例;肛门部疼痛50例;术后暂时性肛门失禁4例,保守治疗治愈。随访0.5～4年,痊愈50例,好转8例。结论内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗合并有肛裂的重度痔安全有效,术后疼痛轻,并发症少,有利于扩大PPH适应证,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of severe hemorrhoids accompanied with anal of severe hemorrhoids accompanied with omy from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital w 25 minutes and mean hospitalizatio had anal edge edema, 50 cases had servative Methods. Methods The clinical data o anal fissures underwent PPH combined with internal ere retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean operat sp f 58 cases hineterotion time was time was 5 days. One complicated with postoperative bleeding, 3 cases nus pain, 4 cases had temporary incontinence which was cured by concombined with internal sphineterotomy is a safe and effective Methods with anal fissures with less postoperative pain and fewer postoperative complications.
