摘  要:分别介绍了由回转窑、气固流化床、气液固流化床、间歇法以及人造氟化钙法、氟氢化钠热分解法、氟硅酸氨化硫酸分解法和氟硅酸硫酸分解法生产氟化氢的各种工艺技术及各工艺的优缺点。认为具有全系统密闭反应系统的气固流化床工艺、气液固流化床工艺以及间歇反应工艺,开拓了萤石与硫酸反应生产氟化氢的新方向,但工业应用尚需深入研究;利用氟硅酸生产氟化氢的工艺已在工程上获得了新发展,开拓了氟化氢生产所需的新原料来源,具有很好的发展前景。A variety of processing technologies and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced in this paper, including rotary kiln process, gas-solid fluidized bed process, gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed process, batch method and man-made calcium fluoride method, thermal decomposition of sodium hydrogen fluoride, aminating sulfuric acid decomposition method of fluosilicic acid and sulfuric acid-decomposition method of fluosilicic acid. It was realized that the gas-solid fluidized bed process, gas-liquid-solid fluidized bed process and batch method with a completely sealed reaction system developed a new clue for the preparation of hydrogen fluoride by the reaction of fluorite and sulphuric acid, but it should be further researched for industrial application. The preparation method of hrdrogen fluoride by fluosilicic acid had obtained new development in engineering practice and had exploited a new source of raw material for the production of hydrogen fluoride, with great developing prospect.
