山根青筋望诊对诊断小儿反复呼吸道感染临床意义的初步探讨  

Preliminary Exploration into Clinical Significance of Inspection of Bluish Vessels at Nasal Root for Diagnosis of Recurrent Infantile Respiratory Infection

摘　　要：对197例反复呼吸道感染的患儿进行观察,其中123例有面部青筋。青筋分布以鼻根部最多,多数伴有双颞部青筋。鼻根部青筋以横形为主,其次为坚形,颞部青筋绝大多数为分枝状。青筋组中医辨证以脾肺虚证居多,其次为肺气虚。免疫学检测表明,IgG、IgE升高者分别为37.5％、47.6％。青筋组与对照组、正常对照组在T细胞亚群多项指标上有统计学差异;青筋组血小板聚集率显著增高。Of the 147 cases of recurrent infantile respiratory infection, 123 revealed facial bluish vessels, mostly at the nasal root involving the temporal part. In terms of the shapes of the vessels, most of them were transverse ones, then came vertical ones, with the majority at the temporal part in branched shape. Syndrome diagnosis for the bluish - vessel group was mainly deficiency of the spleen and lung, followed by deficiency of the lung - qi. Immunological exams showed the rate of high IgG. IgE were 37. 5% and 47. 6% respectively. There was statistical difference in the indices of T cell subgroup among the bluish -vessel group, control group and normal control group, with high agglutination rate of platelets in the bluish -vessel group.
