摘　　要：目的:探讨自诉头孢菌素类药物过敏患儿再次应用此类药物治疗的可行性。方法:临床通过对75例自诉头孢类药物过敏患儿再次用药治疗,观察用药过程中有无过敏及副作用出现。结果:临床通过对75例自诉头孢菌素类药物过敏患儿再次用药,其中只有一例患儿用药三天后出现皮疹,74例均无过敏反应。结论:有头孢菌素类药物皮试阳性的患儿,再次皮试阴性后可以应用头孢菌素类药物。Objective： To probe into the feasibility of reusing drugs on children allergic to cephalosporin. Method： 75 children were reusing cephalosporin for treatment. The side effect were observed. Result： There was no allergic reaction occurred, except one case suffered from rash after 3 days. Conclusion： Children who were positive in the skin test can apply cephalosporin after negative in the second skin test.
