探讨老年病人院外用药情况

摘　　要：目的:了解老年病人院外服药的现状及其影响因素。方法:采用问卷法调查153例社区老年病人的一般资料、用药知识、服药依从情况、不依从的原因及社会支持情况。结果:153例老年病人中有48例对用药知识完全了解,占31.37%;63例服药依从性好,占41.18%;不依从的主要原因是随着年龄增大记忆力逐渐下降、个人医疗保险类型、受教育程度。结论:老年病人普遍存在用药知识缺乏、服药依从性差的问题。应采取多种有针对性的健康教育,充分发挥社区、家庭的作用,以提高老年病人的服药依从性。Objective：To explore the current situation of elderly patients＇obedience to doctor＇s administering instruction and the factors that determined the outcome. Methods： A total of 153 elderly patients were investigated including general condition, the knowledge of drug, the situation of obedience to instruction, the reasons of uncomplying instruction and some other social support. Results： 48 subjects（31.37% ）knew the knowledge of drug totally. 63 subjects（41.18% ）compliant well. The main factor of uncomplying instruction include the ability of memorize, medical insurance or not, the level of education and so on. Conclusions： We find that most of them can not comply with the doctor＇s instruction and have deficient knowledge of drug. Kinds of nursing invention to the elderly patients＇health improvement helps enhance their knowledge of preventing diseases. In order to improve the compliance of elderly patients, we can do that by family support.
