锐器专用盒使用前后医护人员针刺伤的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查医疗废物锐器专用盒使用前后我院医护人员刺伤的情况。方法:在医疗废物锐器专用盒使用前半年及使用后半年,对我院急诊科、注射室及内科病房的医护人员进行每月一次锐器刺伤人次进行记录。结果:三个科室共19位医师和73位护士,使用医疗废物锐器盒前半年共15人次发生过针刺伤,而使用医疗废物锐器专用盒后半年共有3人发生刺伤,发生锐器刺伤的频率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:使用医疗废物锐器专用盒对减少医护人员针刺伤有重要作用。Objective： To investigate the situation of stgb in healthcare workers in our hospital before and after using the reclaiming box for medical sharp wastes. Methods： The healthcare workers in the emergency department,injecting room and internalmedical department in our hospital reported the accidents of stab 6 months before and after using the reclaiming box month. 1Y. Results： There were 19 doctors and 73 nurses in the three departments. It had 15and3 accidents of stab respectively 6months before and after using the reclaiming box.There was a significant reduction in the stab accidents after using the reclaiming box（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The use of reclaiming box for medical sharp wastes plays an important role in reducing healthcare workers＇ accidents of stab.
