摘　　要：随着3G技术的快速发展以及网络的不断成熟,移动流媒体正凭借其在视频和音频方面的优势受到越来越多的关注。移动流媒体应用形式和业务类型多样,涉及通信、信息、娱乐、监控等领域。目前,移动流媒体服务已经在欧美、日韩迅速开展,国内三大运营商也推出了基于移动流媒体的新业务。然而,在迅速发展的同时,移动流媒体也面临着内容、监管等方面的问题,因此在业务开展过程中应当做到合理规划,统一布局。With the rapid development of 3G technologies and the maturity of 3G network, Mobile Streaming Media is attracting more and more attentions because of its advantages in video and audio applications. With various application forms and serviee types, Mobile Streaming Media is influencing diffrent fields including telecommunication, information, entertainment, monitoring, etc. Mobile Streaming Media has been developed rapidly in many areas such as Europe, USA, Japan and Korea, and 3 main operators in China also have launched new services based on it. However, there are some problems for the Mobile Streaming Media services to deal with, and reasonable programming and arrangement are needed in the process of its development.
