摘 要:辽河锦16块油井综合含水超过90%,近井地带调剖的效果已很差。研发了一种聚合物/酚醛成胶体系,该体系在30110℃下可在数小时到数天内形成储能模量G′在0.22.0Pa的可流动弱凝胶,与油基预交联聚合物J5(60120目)一起,用作深部液流转向剂。讨论了该弱凝胶的组成与配方。试验区有4口水井,15口油井。其中两口水井处理半径15m,分3个段塞注入J5颗粒量递增(5.08.0g/L)的1.5g/LHPAM溶液;另两口水井处理半径18m,第一段塞为HPAM溶液携带J5颗粒,第二、第三段塞分别为低、高交联的3.0g/L聚合物弱凝胶。注入后注水压力上升,10口可对比油井中3口井无效果,7口井见效,产液量减少,含水下降,产油量增大。The injectivity profile modification in near bore zones became uneffective in Jin-16 Block reservoirs in Liaohe as the composite watercut exceeded 90%. A polymer/phenoL/formaldehyde gelling fluid ,forming in-situ flowing weak gel of G'0. 2--2.0 Pa in several hours to several days, was developed as fluid diverting agent ( FDA ) together with an oil based preerosslinked particulated polymer, JS, of particle size 60--120 mesh. The composition and formulation of the gelling fluid were presented. The pilot area on EOR with FDAs covered 4 water injection and 15 oil production wells. In 2 injection wells the radius of fluid diverting treatments was of 15 m and J5 particles in raised amount 5--8 g/L suspended in 1.5 g/L HPAM solution were squeezed in 3 slugs;in another 2 injection wells the treating radius was of 18 m and the first slug of FDA was J5 particles in HPAM solution with the second and the third slugs composed of lower and higher crosslinked 3.0 g/L polymer gelling fluid. These fluid diverting treatments led to an increase in water injection pressure in all the 4 wells in no less than 4---6 months and to positive responses in 7 of 10 controllable oil wells:less total fluid production,less watercut, and more oil production.
